You seem to have several needs you're trying to address, so it's best if you take a moment and open a thread on https://discuss.redash.io/c/development to discuss them before moving forward.

I'm not sure if you all your requests are applicable to the project, but what doesn't fit you can look into moving into an extension that you will deploy in your own setup.
